Returns & Exchanges

At Dice Throne, we want you to feel confident in your style; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All apparel must be in its original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original mailer.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your exchange will be shipped out within 5-7 business days.
